When we consume cooked foods and other unnatural for our physiology substances we create an abnormal functioning of our cells. In the case of childbirth this leads to unnecessary suffering of women through the childbirth process and has led to countless unnecessary deaths in this most natural of processes.
“The British sociologist, Anthony Ludovici, recounts an instructive experience with cats. He bred cats for the purpose of studying the process of birth. He discovered that cats actually enjoy the process of birth, that they purr while their kittens are being born. Mr. Ludovici realizing that animals never cook their foods, took it for granted that his cats should have raw meat. Then, on one occasion, he was called away to the country and left one of his female cats in the care of some friends. When her kittens were born shortly after his return, her flanks heaved helplessly for several hours and she groaned almost like a human being. He despaired of her ever delivering her kittens. Inquiry revealed that his friend had fed the cat on cooked meat, vegetables, bread and milk and milk puddings. Further investigation revealed that not merely the happiness of cats during parturition but of other animals also, is inseparably connected with optimum condition during gestation – pregnancy. He found he was able to produce pleasurable or painful parturition at will by feeding his cats in different manners and keeping them indoors or outdoors. He discovered that he could do the same thing with bitches [female dogs] and, upon inquiry among shepherds, discovered the same thing among sheep. He tells of difficulties among cows and horses fed in certain very unwholesome ways. I have never seen difficulty in cows, and I have watched the birth of many calves, but these cows were supplied with good pasturage and were outdoors all through gestation. Not merely raw flesh foods, but uncooked foods of all kinds, are best for food.”
Eating raw, whole, undefiled foods that are appropriate to our physiology not only allows for a painless childbirth experience, it also provides us with painless periods, a life free from “aging” symptoms which most people believe are natural like sore muscle and wrinkled faces and it allows us to have a sharp mind and agile body well into old age that allows us to live life to the fullest.

Eat fruit and be well my friends. ????
I completely agree with consuming raw food in pregnancy. Have you had a raw vegan pregnancy? I felt like I had expectations for myself to be raw during my pregnancy. I’m in the first trimester. And I’ve struggled! I’ve felt sick or aversive from consuming my raw smoothies, vegetables, my raw vegan cheeses I usually would make, raw crackers, and my raw wraps that I got for my pregnancy. It’s been difficult! The only thing thats helped is consuming sourdough bread or bagel. I even had potato chips that made me feel better. While I do feel a bit disappointed, because my plan was to eat all raw foods, I have come to the acceptance that during this time I have to do whatever I can to not feel sick and be well. Hopefully the second trimester is better and I can start on the raw food plan I had wanted.
It can be difficult to transition at any time, but especially during pregnancy. Vegetables are less ideal, nuts are too much fat so the pregnant body naturally tends to be more sensitive to them and rejects them, especially if you are fermenting the cheese. Try focusing on more fruits and less vegetables. Our diet should be primarily fruits and lettuces, these are the most ideal foods. Vegetables, nuts, and seeds should make up less than 5% of the diet combined. Also, keep in mind that savory fruits like cucumbers, bell peppers and tomatoes are all fruits. Vegetables are things like broccoli, which contain mild toxins. When the body is pregnant, morning sickness is an attempt of the body to expel poisons so they don’t damage the growing child in our womb. If you feel nausea it is best not to eat at all. Bread, bagels and chips are all stimulating, if you are craving them its because you are fatigued. Try resting and drinking more water before giving in to the craving and you will notice the craving passes. Celery can also be helpful for salt cravings. We also tend to crave refined carbs because we are under eating on fruits. If you increase your fruit intake you should notice the desire for the bread and chips to fade as well, but also keep in mind that bread is an opioid so it is equally as addictive as heroin. Treat it like a drug addiction and you will have a much greater chance of breaking the habit.
Our bodies get sick in early pregnancy so that we can eliminate toxic waste and then have a healthy pregnancy. Rather than suppress the sickness, we should allow our bodies to throw up anything it wants to get out.
Yes, with one caveat. The sickness is abnormal and a result of our mistakes in diet prior to pregnancy. The symptoms are the cure. The body forcing vomiting is beneficial to the body, but it is only necessary because we are putting in harmful substances that cause the body to need to expel those substances. When women follow the natural diet for at least 2 years prior to conception they do not experience any morning sickness. A healthy body will have no need for expulsion symptoms.
