What is the Natural Human Diet?

WHAT IS THE TERRAIN MODEL DIET OR THE NATURAL HUMAN DIET? HOW IS THE NATURAL HUMAN DIET DETERMINED?

Every animal on our planet is anatomically designed to eat a certain narrow set of foods. It is understood that the foods most easily accessible and readily available for any particular organism, are in fact the foods that incur the smallest possible burden on the organism. Take for example the sea otter. While many of them learn to smash rocks against clam shells to break them open, this is a process that costs more energy than it produces. The sea otter’s natural food source then is not clams, but the small fish that occupy the same waters as the otters, and of which they can easily obtain nutrition without over-exerting themselves.

Humans are classified as frugivores. Our natural diet is fruits, tender leafy greens, tender vegetables, nuts, and seeds, with fruits being predominant. Our natural diet is easy to digest and assimilate, which avoids overworking our cells and organs and creating excess waste.

Fruits provide everything that humans and all frugivore species require to survive and thrive. Proteins, in their usable form of amino acids, fats (fatty acids), vitamins (co-enzymes), minerals, various trace chemicals, and most importantly SUGAR and WATER.

The human body runs on carbohydrates (sugars). Sugar is the fuel for every one of our cells, including our brain cells. It is vital to make the distinction between simple sugars (monosaccharides), like fructose on which we can thrive, and complex sugars, such as Disaccharides – sucrose, lactose (milk sugar), maltose, or polysaccharides – starches, dextrin, Glycogen (stored in the liver) or cellulose.

Fruits match our anatomy and physiology. We see vivid colors allowing us to spot colorful fruits in green leaves. Carnivores and omnivores have a limited color range. Human sight is anatomically designed to be attracted to the bright, pleasing colors of ripe fruit.

We have long slender fingers with a delicate sense of touch to reach into trees and bushes and find the delicate fruits and pluck them from the tree.

We have a weak sense of smell because fruits have strong, pungent, pleasing aromas when they are ripe. We do not need to have a strong sense of smell. Conversely, carnivores and omnivores have a strong sense of smell because prey foods do not have strong smells. Humans can only smell rotting carcasses and their smell is repulsive to us.

Humans have a “sweet tooth”. Our taste buds are tuned to allow us to sense when our natural food is ripe and ready to be eaten. Our senses also warn us of poisons. Bitter tells us that the fruit is unripe or the food is toxic. Sour tells us the fruit is overripe and no longer suitable – rotten food is sour. Fruits contain a little bit of salty flavor, but overly salty foods burn and cause discomfort to our senses. Spicy plants burn our tongues. They also make us sweat and our noses run to warn us that they are toxic. But sweet tastes tell us that our natural food is perfectly ripe and ready to provide us with the essential sugars our body needs to run every cell.

Taste buds are not for emotional highs, they are for survival. They are the messages which tell us what is our food and what is poison. They also tell us when our foods are ready to be eaten for peak nutrition.

We crave sugary desserts after heavy meals because our cells are desperately seeking energy. Sugar is energy. When we properly feed our bodies on fruits those intense cravings for ice cream, cakes, and cookies disappear.

We are attracted to the sweet taste of fruits. They appeal to us and delight our senses. The sight and smell of blood and gore, on the other hand, repulses us. We cook animal tissues and coat them in fruit-based sauces (orange chicken, barbeque sauce, etc) to make them palatable to our senses. We cannot stomach the flavors or smells of raw unadulterated animal tissues. We do not salivate at the sight of blood. We do not relish eating the intestines or bones or organs of a warm body. But a carnivore and an omnivore do.

All carnivores and omnivores eat the bones, feet, fur, and feathers of their prey. These are all essential parts of the diet. On a side note, did you know you can kill a dog by feeding them meat without bone? But they can survive and thrive on bones with just tiny meat scraps attached. All meat-eating species require bones to survive on their diet of flesh foods.

Carnivores and omnivores all have sharp fangs and claws to facilitate ripping through the skin and breaking through the skull bones of their prey. Humans have weak nails perfect for scoring the skin of fruit but useless for ripping the flesh off of a chicken or a cow. Humans have weak teeth and incisors for breaking the skin of an apple or a pear and taking chunks out of fruits. Chewing on bones would break and wear down our delicate teeth.

These are just a few of the anatomical features that humans have based upon our natural diet of juicy, water-rich, easy-to-digest, sugar-filled fruits!

The Unnatural Pain of Childbirth

When we consume cooked foods and other unnatural for our physiology substances we create an abnormal functioning of our cells. In the case of childbirth this leads to unnecessary suffering of women through the childbirth process and has led to countless unnecessary deaths in this most natural of processes.

“The British sociologist, Anthony Ludovici, recounts an instructive experience with cats. He bred cats for the purpose of studying the process of birth. He discovered that cats actually enjoy the process of birth, that they purr while their kittens are being born. Mr. Ludovici realizing that animals never cook their foods, took it for granted that his cats should have raw meat. Then, on one occasion, he was called away to the country and left one of his female cats in the care of some friends. When her kittens were born shortly after his return, her flanks heaved helplessly for several hours and she groaned almost like a human being. He despaired of her ever delivering her kittens. Inquiry revealed that his friend had fed the cat on cooked meat, vegetables, bread and milk and milk puddings. Further investigation revealed that not merely the happiness of cats during parturition but of other animals also, is inseparably connected with optimum condition during gestation – pregnancy. He found he was able to produce pleasurable or painful parturition at will by feeding his cats in different manners and keeping them indoors or outdoors. He discovered that he could do the same thing with bitches [female dogs] and, upon inquiry among shepherds, discovered the same thing among sheep. He tells of difficulties among cows and horses fed in certain very unwholesome ways. I have never seen difficulty in cows, and I have watched the birth of many calves, but these cows were supplied with good pasturage and were outdoors all through gestation. Not merely raw flesh foods, but uncooked foods of all kinds, are best for food.”

Eating raw, whole, undefiled foods that are appropriate to our physiology not only allows for a painless childbirth experience, it also provides us with painless periods, a life free from “aging” symptoms which most people believe are natural like sore muscle and wrinkled faces and it allows us to have a sharp mind and agile body well into old age that allows us to live life to the fullest.

The Dangers of Saline Drips

Normal Saline IV drips are one of the most common medical treatments and often we are given the impression that this treatment is anywhere from harmless to helpful to even life saving but nothing can be further from the truth. The seemingly small amount of NaCl used in the Normal Saline solution (0.9%) may on first glance appear harmless but in reality we are injecting an inorganic salt, which is a biocide (kills cells) into our blood stream.

According to a NY Post article from 2018 stopping use of the saline drip “…could mean 50,000 to 70,000 fewer deaths and 100,000 fewer cases of kidney failure each year in the US…” (https://nypost.com/…/the-saline-used-in-iv-bags-could…/)

The article goes on to say, ““We’ve been sounding the alarm for 20 years” about possible harms from saline, said Dr. John Kellum, a critical care specialist at the University of Pittsburgh. “It’s purely inertia” that prevents a change, he said.”

A quick look at PubMed brings up a number of studies which should raise serious red flags.

Take note of the concerning statements used such as, “This study was terminated early for safety reasons” and “Further research in the field is strongly encouraged.”

Here are a few excerpts:

“Results: This study was terminated early for safety reasons. A total of 60 out of the planned 240 patients were randomized. Thirty patients received normal saline and 30 patients received the balanced crystalloid… The normal-saline group developed hyperchloraemic metabolic acidosis. More patients needed vasopressors for circulatory support in the normal-saline group compared with the buffered crystalloid group (97% vs 67%, respectively; P=0.033)…

Conclusions: Compared with patients receiving a balanced crystalloid, normal saline in patients undergoing major abdominal surgery was associated with an increased need for vasopressor support.”

“Results: A total of 150 patients were included in the study of which 76 were randomized to 0.9% saline while 74 received an acetate-buffered balanced crystalloid. Noradrenaline for cardiocirculatory support during surgery was significantly more often administered in the normal saline group, given earlier and with a higher cumulative dose compared to patients receiving an acetate-buffered balanced crystalloid (30% versus 15%…)

Conclusion: The use of an acetate-buffered, balanced infusion solution results in reduced need for use of catecholamines and cumulative catecholamine dose for hemodynamic support and in less occurrence of arterial hypotension in the perioperative period. Further research in the field is strongly encouraged.

“Results: Of 15,802 patients enrolled in SMART, 1,641 patients were admitted to the medical ICU with a diagnosis of sepsis. A total of 217 patients (26.3%) in the balanced crystalloids group experienced 30-day in-hospital morality compared with 255 patients (31.2%) in the saline group… Patients in the balanced group experienced a lower incidence of major adverse kidney events within 30 days (35.4% vs. 40.1%…) and a greater number of vasopressor-free days and renal replacement therapy-free days compared with the saline group.

Conclusions: Among patients with sepsis in a large randomized trial, use of balanced crystalloids was associated with a lower 30-day in-hospital mortality compared with use of saline.”

From a terrain model perspective we already know that Salt, an inorganic mineral is a biocide which damages our cells and causes disease symptoms.

Saline, is inorganic salt mixed with water and sometimes other inorganic minerals. This substance is then injected directly into the body, bypassing the normal filtration. When we ingest salt through the stomach and bowels they are filtered by those organs which offers some protection against ingesting salt in our diet. When we bypass that filtration we are concentrating the damage and it is going directly to the organs. Therefore it is no surprise to the hygienist that this dangerous treatment is responsible for hundreds of thousands of deaths and serious injuries.

THE SLOW PETRIFACTION OF THE BODY FROM INORGANIC MINERAL CONSUMPTION

Most people think it is natural and normal to get stiff and sore as we get older. We accept as a normal factor of the passing years slowing down and having difficulty moving, walking, running, or even standing. This sad state of affairs is certainly common, but this is decidedly not normal.   

Our bodies are designed to remain loose and limber as we age, to carry us along gracefully to a bare minimum of 120 years of age without pain, stiffness, or weakness.   Based on historical records and common lifespans of mammals we should be living closer to 150-160 years with some evidence even suggesting a natural lifespan of 200 years, but the damage done generation to generation has severely shortened our current longevity.   Today we are impressed if a loved one makes it to 80 or 90 years and we accept that some among us won’t even survive to retirement.  We accept that after 40 we will pull muscles, after 50 we will groan getting up off the couch, by 60 or 70 we may end up with a cane or a walker to keep us upright.  

We will have chronic daily pain, poor posture, difficulty sleeping, and feeling tired all day and awake all night.   This is a sad state that we have pushed the human body to but it is completely avoidable and we can correct this easily by correcting the common mistakes of living we are all making.  The slow stiffening of the body year after year is a result of the dietary mistakes we are making and those can be changed to avoid the pain and suffering and even reverse its course if you are already suffering.

“When a piece of wood is immersed for a period in certain mineral waters, the wood cells thru a chemical action similar to that observed in electro-plating, are replaced by molecules of minerals, and petrifaction ensues. In petrified wood, the form and markings of the original are distinctly seen. At rare intervals surgeons find a human kidney that has actually become petrified-a stone kidney -and sometimes in post mortem examinations veins are found which are brittle, and which crumble at the touch. In old age the various organs are partly petrified -ossified is the term used in the textbooks. But petrifaction is the proper term. When one dies from “old age,” he dies because his body is partially turned to stone. If we can keep the percentage of water in the body at 80 or 85, we will never die of old age. To maintain the proper proportion of aqueous elements in the system, no liquids but distilled water should be used for drinking or cooking; and furthermore, foods containing a high percentage of mineral salts, as cereals, should be eaten sparingly. When the ideal hygienic race conditions prevail, man will live on distilled water, nuts and fruits; and he will understand the art of mastication; he will breath pure air twenty-four hours out of the day; he will spend many hours daily in the sunshine; he will take enough exercise to keep the body supple, and his mind will be free from worry, care and anxiety; he will not expect death at any particular year or time, nor will he think ·about dying; children will not read the deadly suggestion about “three score and ten years,” and they will be taught how to build and mould the body by mental processes; all suggestions will be for health, strength and vigor. Bulletins from the bedside will be abolished, and “drugs” will exist only in the dictionaries of. the antiquarian.”  – Elmer Ellsworth Carey “Distilled Water and Longevity”

When we consume mineral-laden waters, table salt, sea salt, Himalayan salt, supplement tablets containing inorganic minerals, or any other source of inorganic minerals, including cooked foods, we start the process of ossification which slowly turns our bodies to stone, inhibiting the function of our organs.   The body cannot digest or metabolize inorganic substances so they are instead deposited into our tissues until they can be eliminated.  

One way we can visualize this for ourselves is the towel test.   Take a towel and soak the towel in salt water.  Allow the towel to dry.   Upon drying you will note that the towel is now brittle and stiff.  This same stiffening and hardening of the tissues, muscles, and organs occur when we ingest inorganic salts and other inorganic substances at a rate that the body cannot eliminate.

The unusable inorganic minerals combine with cholesterol and form plaques that get deposited in the veins and arteries, causing blockages.   They get deposited into the cranial cavity where lost brain cells are filled in with minerals leading to ossification of the brain, causing senility.  The inorganic minerals lead to kidney and gallstone formation, hardening of the arteries, arthritis, heart conditions, and other serious conditions.  In our joints, the accumulation of toxins weakens and irritates the tissues in the joint, degenerating the cartilage.  Then through a process of ossification the body deposits mineral salts into the joints, replacing the cartilage, these mineral deposits harden leading to the fusion of the joints.

“It has been suggested that the different stages of life—from infancy to old age—are just differences in the state of ossification of the body parts. The major difference in body tissues between youth and old age is the greater rigidity and toughness of tissues in advanced age.”

Our mistakes in living – consuming cooked foods, taking supplements, drinking hard waters filled with minerals, consuming salt and other inorganic minerals, and keeping the body in a chronic state of dehydration all work together to break down the tissues and replace them with mineral deposits, leading to a hardening of the body over time.  Stop the progress of slow and painful degeneration and hardening of the tissues by returning to the natural diet of water-rich, raw whole fruits, tender leafy greens, nuts, seeds, and tender vegetables.  Drink plenty of distilled or reverse osmosis water, get exercise, sunshine, and fresh air daily and watch the clock roll back on aging. Are Viruses Real?

Depending on who you talk to you may have heard that viruses have not been isolated and purified, viruses don’t cause disease, or you may hear people saying simply “viruses don’t exist.” This is confusing so I would like to take a moment to clear things up.      

Do Viruses Exist?  Are They Real? 

The simple answer is yes they exist, but no they don’t cause disease. Viruses are real in as much as there is a real substance that people can look at under a microscope. That material is cellular debris, which is dead (inert) and cannot take any action.

The difference between the medical model and the terrain model is in the action ascribed to the material. The medical industry claims that this dead material can attack the body, that it is a foreign invader which can replicate itself, and is the cause of symptoms. None of this has been proven but this is the claim the medical industry maintains. 

In the terrain model, we know this material to be cellular debris.  Virus material is the leftover broken pieces of cells that result from the breakdown of our cells either due to poison or toxin exposure or the natural cellular cycles. If we compare your body to a house that has been demolished we could name all the splinters of drywall and timbers viruses and classify them based on their various characteristics.

While these bits of cellular debris do exist, they do not cause disease as the medical industry claims they do. There is a high correlation between these bits of cellular debris and disease, but the correlation is not causation.  The more poisoned or toxic our bodies become, the more our cells die and the more of this debris we see. This cellular debris, labeled as viruses, is not the cause of symptoms, it is itself a symptom of a toxic body. 

Koch’s Postulates

Viral isolation is meant to prove the claim of action. Koch’s postulates is the standard by which the causation of disease by a microbe is proven.  Viruses and bacteria are both classified as microbes.  The German scientist, Robert Koch, maintained that for a specific microbe to be the cause of a disease:

  1. It must be found in every case of that disease.
  1. It must not be found when the disease is not present.
  1. It must be capable of living outside the tissues.
  1. It must then be capable of reintroduction into the organism and producing that disease.

As has been repeatedly demonstrated, viruses do not fulfill these prerequisites.

The specific requirements of “Koch’s Postulates” follow:

  1. A culture of the bacteria or virus must be taken from a diseased animal.
  1. It must then be grown in pure culture in a laboratory.
  1. After this, the culture has to be injected into a susceptible animal.
  1. It must cause the same disease, and culture must be taken from this animal.

The purpose of Koch’s postulates is to apply the scientific method to this idea of microbial illness and disease causation.  The scientific method is always about determining causation – mainstream science admits Koch’s postulates can not be applied to viruses. Viral material has always failed to meet the standard of Koch’s postulates so instead of accepting that correlation is not causation and looking for a more rational explanation for why the body creates cleaning and repair symptoms, the medical system continues to move the goalposts to hold on to their highly profitable germ theory.  

Are viruses alive?  Can they replicate and attack the body?

“Decomposed cell debris is precisely what virologists and physicians are calling viruses. They regard viruses as living entities when, in fact, medics have not in all history observed any quality of life they ascribe to viruses. What is called ‘virus’ is always dead. It’s never been observed to be alive. It doesn’t have the first prerequisites of life, that is, metabolic and control mechanisms. Even bacteria have that. I repeat that what is called ‘viruses’ are nothing more than components of decomposed cells.”

Viruses are not alive and therefore cannot replicate, they are simply garbage being taken out by the body as it repairs and replaces cells. They are present sometimes when symptoms are present because the body has been exposed to a toxin, poison, or irritant. The symptoms themselves are all expulsion or repair symptoms created by the body as a way to repair the damage created by exposure to the poison or toxin. These poisons or toxins can be the inappropriate foods we eat, environmental toxins like indoor air pollutants, dust, mold, or other harmful substances, water-based contaminants, or even stress that can lead to the body needing to clean and repair. 

“Viruses as an entitative existence are a medical myth. If diseases are caused by uneliminated metabolic debris, which is what so-called viruses are, then the medics have a point. But we Hygienists call that metabolic debris retained wastes, not viruses. Viruses are nothing more than the proteinacious debris of spent cells. Their accumulation can precipitate a healing crisis in the body. When this occurs, the body is likely to transport bacteria to the scene to aid it in cleaning up the mess, but the bacteria did not cause the problem. The habits and practices of the sufferer must be looked to as the real culprits. Once these deleterious habits and practices are discontinued, there will be no further toxic accumulations and thus the need for disease or healing crises will cease to exist. Sickness-free health will exist thereafter.”

The ways we live today are unnatural, our diets are far from the natural foods which our bodies are designed to process.  We are designed to metabolize whole raw fruits and tender leafy greens.   We cook our food, we add food coloring, preservatives, inorganic minerals, and other toxins to our foods. We eat fermented (rotten) foods and are taught to believe they are beneficial to our bodies.  We smoke and drink alcohol and intake other poisons with no nutrient benefit to the body.  All of this burden must be expelled for the body to continue to function.   Our self-healing, self-cleaning bodies use expulsion mechanisms like coughing, sneezing, runny nose, mucus, fever, diarrhea, and vomiting to expel this waste when it reaches a critical mass.  

As a result of all of the mistakes of living, we make day to day our cells break down and are damaged and so they decompose.

Cellular Debris vs Attacking Entities

So to summarize, there is a substance that lab techs look at under a microscope, the disease industry calls this substance “viruses” and the terrain model calls this cellular waste or debris.  The medical industry claims without proof that this dead debris is an invading force that attacks the body, causes symptoms and creates disease.  The terrain model says this cellular debris is a result of a toxic body and the symptoms are the body cleaning and repairing itself.   In either model, the substance is acknowledged as existing, but the functions are vastly different.   

Self-Healing Bodies vs Poison Deficiency

In the terrain model, we know that when we put healing conditions into place the body responds to these healing conditions by taking action to detoxify.  Detox mechanisms (now considered symptoms)  include fever, mucus, diarrhea, vomiting, extreme fatigue, headaches, sweating, runny nose, sneezing, coughing, rashes, and a number of other expulsion symptoms.   Once the expulsion symptoms are complete the chronic disease symptoms are alleviated and health improves.   Sometimes the body goes through several of these healing events and after each event, the overall health of the body is drastically improved.   Flu will bring about the removal of tumors by the body or the healing of a neurological disorder.   A cold will be followed by the cessation of chronic headaches or migraines.  With each cleaning event, the person’s (or animal’s) health improves.  If we wish to heal from chronic disease we must embrace the body’s natural healing processes.   

The medical model sees the body’s natural cleaning and repair processes as mistakes. They believe these mistakes require the application of drugs (more accurately described as poisons) to stop the symptoms and correct the body. Essentially, in the medical model your body is deficient in this particular poison and the application of the poison is said to correct the deficiency.   If a healthy individual was to take the poisons applied to a person suffering a cold or flu they would get ill, but in the medical model applying these same substances is said to take a weakened body and return it to normal function.   In reality, the weakened body has been stopped from cleaning and must instead progress up the ladder of disease, working its way to chronic disease and eventually cancer and tumors to store all of the waste that it cannot remove when the cold and flu healing event symptoms are suppressed.

The Ideal Eating Window

Why do we eat between 12 pm and 6 or 8 pm?

We are told by a chronically sick society that we need a balanced breakfast early in the morning.  

From the mainstream article “What Does a Healthy Breakfast Look Like?” 

“We asked Charlotte Furman, a registered dietitian and Technology and Wellness Manager in the Department of Food and Nutrition at UW Medical Center, to help us understand what a healthy breakfast should look like. Furman loves breakfast—it’s her favorite meal of the day. The goal is not to feel like you are depriving yourself of anything, but instead rewarding yourself—with new patterns, new flavors, and hopefully renewed energy and improved mood and health.” 

Firman is already not starting with a good understanding of eating to live, her focus is on “rewarding yourself” through the poisoning of your body.   😒

The article goes on to tell us to stuff ourselves early in the morning by combining every type of food into a single meal that will take hours to digest and will create both ammonia and alcohol in our system as the proteins and carbohydrates both fail to digest quickly and efficiently: 

“What foods make a nutritious breakfast?

For the most nutritious breakfast, try to choose whole, unprocessed foods from each of the five food groups: fruits, vegetables, grains, protein foods, and dairy. Try to include proteins from foods like yogurts (look for varieties with less sugar added), eggs, nuts and seeds or legumes. Also try to include complex carbohydrates such as whole fruits and vegetables, and whole grains (i.e. oatmeal) that provide fiber and will help you feel full longer.”

They then go on to provide us with a list of examples of a “healthy breakfast”: 

“Oatmeal with fruit and flax or chia seeds

Whole wheat toast with peanut butter and banana

Whole wheat toast with pesto, avocado and egg

Whole wheat crepes with yogurt and fruit”

Yikes 😳 

Things have changed a little from the recommendation of “Eggs, whole grain toast, orange juice, milk, and cereal that I grew up with, but I cannot say they have improved at all.   

Aside from the food combining disasters, this dietitian, and nearly all others, recommends an early meal well before noon. So what’s wrong with that? What are they ignoring about our physiology when they recommend breaking the fast early in the morning?

Digestive Phases

Our body has three natural stages that the digestive process goes through. These are digestion, assimilation, and elimination.

The digestive processes run from approximately noon until around 8 PM. 

Assimilation processes run from about 8 PM until 4 AM.  

The elimination process is run from 4 AM until 12 noon. 

When we force our body to digest at 8 AM or 9 AM when the body is still in the elimination phase our digestion will be sluggish and our elimination will be impaired. 

This has a double negative effect on the body. First, sluggish digestion does not efficiently digest food thereby creating more waste and more fermentation in the system. The second is the early shift away from elimination means the body is eliminating less.  

When you combine these two factors the result is far more waste being trapped in the system, leading to disease conditions.  

One way we can witness this for ourselves is in the gas and bloating that often results after an early morning fruit meal.  The cleaner your system becomes, the more you will become aware of this. 

When we eat only during the digestion window we find that our mind is clearer and we have more energy early in the day to get through our tasks.   We have less energy drain and we also allow the repairs to the digestive system to be made, so we have less of the pains of false hunger and are less likely to overeat later in the day.   

Another way we can see this process in action is all of the people who are awoken at or around 4 am, often with a nightmare, anxiety, or some other form of distress.  As the body shifts into elimination, the harmful substances irritate the nerves of the digestive tract and the body’s response is to reflect that discomfort.   

Clinical Studies

Recently studies on the gut microbiome have confirmed these natural rhythms of the body:  

“Many microbes in the digestive tract do not maintain a constant level of their relative abundance but show daily oscillations under normal conditions. Recent evidence indicates that chronic jetlag, constant darkness, or deletion of the circadian core gene can alter the composition of gut microbiota and dampen the daily oscillation of gut microbes.”

Polyphenol and some prebiotic fibers such as GOS (galactooligosaccharides), found in plant sources and breast milk, respectively, are able to consolidate the circadian rhythm by increasing gut microbiota diversity.”

Thaiss et al. (2014) reported the time-of-day–dependent composition of the murine fecal microbiota (Thaiss et al., 2014) (Figure 2a). More than 15% of detected OTUs (Operational Taxonomical Units) undergo daily oscillation in their relative abundance, including Lactobacillus reuteri, Dehalobacterium spp., and other species belonging to Clostridiales, Lactobacillales, and Bacteroidales. Additional support was added later by another 2 groups: Zarrinpar et al. (2014) reported that 17% of OTUs are cyclical (Zarrinpar et al., 2014), and we reported oscillation of the relative abundance of genera belonging to Bacteroidetes, Firmicutes, and Proteobacteria (Liang et al., 2015). In addition to the fluctuation in relative taxonomic abundance, the total biomass of the gut bacterial community in mice is higher during the dark phase when the animals are active(Liang et al.,2015). The discovery of microbial oscillation in the gut was detectable despite the dramatic variability of microbiota composition from different cages and animal facilities (Deloris Alexander et al., 2006; Rausch et al., 2016).”

Why do people feel compelled to eat early in the morning?

This habit of early eating is more likely a result of the “hunger” pains caused by the ingestion of harmful substances. True hunger is never evidenced by pain. Pain is part of the healing process. However, if we are stuffing our bodies with harmful substances and mis-combing foods creating fermentation and putrefaction inside our digestive tract there will be a need each morning to make repairs, which triggers pain in the stomach. Feeding temporarily stops those repairs and stops the pain, reinforcing the false idea of hunger.

When we return to the natural diet of raw fruits, tender leafy greens, raw nuts, seeds, and tender vegetables we remove the substances from our diet that are injuring our tissues, and as the body heals we see these hunger pains disappear. Instead, we are free to choose to eat only when the body requires fuel and we become free of the cravings which enslave us and keep us trapped in unhealthy cycles of eating.

Koch’s Postulates Explained

The Following is an excerpt from Life Science Course LESSON 66 – Contagion, Epidemics

8. KOCH’S POSTULATES

The German scientist, Robert Koch, maintained that for a specific bacteria to be the cause of a disease:

  1. It must be found in every case of that disease.
  2. It must not be found when the disease is not present.
  3. It must be capable of living outside the tissues.
  4. It must then be capable of reintroduction into the organism and producing that disease.

As has been repeatedly demonstrated, specific bacteria do not fulfill these prerequisites.

Robert Koch (1843-1910) was a bacteriologist, physiologist, and one of Pasteur’s contemporaries. The specific requirements of “Koch’s Postulates” follow:

  1. A culture of the bacteria must be taken from a diseased animal.
  2. It must then be grown in pure culture in a laboratory.
  3. After this, the culture has to be injected into a susceptible animal.
  4. It must cause the same disease, and culture must be taken from this animal.

This is a modification of the germ theory, requiring a condition of susceptibility to establish a causal relationship between specific germs and specific diseases.

Scientists know that specific bacteria are not found in every case of a specific disease. The eminent Canadian physician, Sir William Osier (1849-1919) found that the diphtheria bacillus is absent in 28 to 40% of cases of diphtheria. Green’s Medical Diagnosis says that tubercle bacilli may be present early, more often late, or in rare instances be absent throughout the disease condition. Koch’s first postulate, “the specific bacteria must be found in every case of that disease” is not fulfilled in tuberculosis, diphtheria, typhoid fever, pneumonia, or any other disease. Specific bacteria are not found in every case of a specific disease.

Nor is the second postulate fulfilled, because it is a medically-known fact that bacteria are found in the bodies of humans and animals which exhibit no symptoms of any disease. Specific bacteria are repeatedly found when the specific disease is absent.

Further, bacteria are not capable of living outside the tissues; therefore, the third postulate is not fulfilled. Neither Pasteur nor any of his successors have ever induced a complaint by the inoculation of airborne bacteria, but only by injections from bodily sources. The reason is obvious: germs are dependent on human or animal organisms for their survival.

Quoting from “The Germ Theory Reexamined” by Bob Zuraw and Bob Lewanski (Vegetarian World, Volume 3, Number 11, September-November 1977): “Koch’s Fourth Postulate: Introducing germ cultures in a healthy body or organism does not produce signs and symptoms of the disease.The Bio-Chemical Society of Toronto conducted a number of very interesting experiments in which pure cultures of typhoid, diphtheria, pneumonia, tuberculosis, and meningitis germs were consumed by the millions in food and drink by a group of volunteers. The results: no ill effects whatsoever.”

But when the condition of susceptibility is introduced, this changes the whole concept. Thus we are back to the same point we have been emphasizing: the condition of the host is of primary importance in the production of disease.

Why the 5G narrative is fear-mongering and in opposition to the terrain model

In the months following the announcement of COVID we have been overrun with questions and fears about 5G causing CV so I would like to explain why the terrain model shows that 5G is not the cause of disease conditions and is not the cause of the current CV symptoms that it is being blamed for.

Please note, I am not saying that radiation does not have any effect on the body, but will explain the impact and the factors which affect the level of burden below. Nor am I saying we should dismiss the societal impacts of technology growth and the ever-increasing loss of privacy and personal security that we face with each new technological revolution, but this post is just addressing the health impacts.

In order to understand why this new technology is not the cause of symptoms we first need to understand what disease is and why the symptoms of disease are created by the body. Lessons 2 & 66 of the life science course (https://www.facebook.com/groups/germtheory.vs.terraintheory/permalink/3326522010758117 ) provides us with a detailed explanation as follows:

“Disease, as a word, means very simply not at ease—a person is uncomfortable or suffering difficulties in maintaining energies for the functions he wishes to discharge and in keeping operative those faculties he wishes to exercise.”

“In physiological terminology, disease means deviation from normal. That means that the body has deviated from regular functions. In a state of disease, the body has rechanneled or redirected its energies so that it has less than usual energy for functions normally engaged in.”

“There are two distinct types of disease. The first type of disease serves a purpose and the second type serves none.”

“The first type is constructive disease, often called acute disease. The second type of disease is degenerative. This results from organic impairment in which organs, tissues, bones, or other faculties have undergone destruction, distortion, or irreversible impairment.”

The Cause, Nature, And Purpose Of Disease

“Disease is a process of physiological and biochemical changes within the body, producing certain signs and symptoms which we label as specific diseases.

The actual process of disease (the fever, the inflammation, etc.) is the action initiated by the body to purge itself of toxic accumulations.”

Disease Is Body Action And Is Self-Limiting:

“When the toxic level rises above a toleration point, the body takes remedial steps, defensive, and reparative action. Disease is body action, and is limited to the time and effort necessary to rid the organism of injurious substances. Every cell in the body acts in unison with all the other cells for the preservation of the organism. When the work is done and order is restored, the disease symptoms dwindle and disappear, and the organism—although debilitated from the effort made necessary by its toxic condition—regains its powers.”

Disease is a progressive toxic condition of the body built over time by a number of causes, predominantly diet. The symptoms which we call disease are in most cases body initiated purging effects. When they are not expulsion symptoms, they are chronic disease caused by damage to the organs or body systems.

Disease conditions build slowly and progressively. Much like a hoarder filling a house with junk, one or two items coming in every single day starts out as relatively harmless clutter but if you repeat that over months and years eventually, you cannot live in the house.

The symptoms, which are labeled as diseases, are part of the healing process. They are not disease per se, but a collection of symptoms which we have assigned the label of disease. The symptoms are how the body is cleaning and repairing itself; in other words, how the body is getting well again.

So when we look at the symptoms for CV or any cold or flu we are not seeing someone getting sick, we are seeing a body cleaning itself and ultimately making efforts to get well.

If the symptoms themselves are not disease, but are the most common symptoms of healing caused by many other factors, then the 5G cannot be causing disease. At best you could try to make a case for 5G “triggering detox” but then you run into the problem of all of the people who don’t get symptoms around 5G because they haven’t brought their body to its tolerance level to trigger an expulsion event and you would be ignoring the absence of radiation burns.

Radiation

So now let’s look at radiation, what it is and what it can and cannot cause.

There are two different types of radiation, ionizing and non-ionizing. According to radiation theory: “Ionizing radiation has enough energy to free electrons from the atoms or molecules they are attached to, and therefore ionizing them. Non-ionizing radiation lacks the energy to break these same molecular bonds and cannot free electrons from atoms or molecules.”

The sun provides us with non-ionizing radiation. Radio waves, TV signals, light bulbs, cell phones, are also non-ionizing radiation.

Examples of ionizing radiation are X-rays and Gamma Rays. X-rays we know can cause burns if we are exposed for too long, but even those are relatively safe when used for short duration like getting an X-ray of a broken bone. Gamma Rays are used in chemotherapy.

5G stands for 5th Generation (of cellular technology) and it is not actually a frequency but a band or range of frequencies.

Here are some 5G frequency ranges (called multi-layer spectrum):

* C-band: 2–6 GHz for coverage and capacity.

* Super Data Layer: Over 6 GHz (e.g., 24–29 GHz and 37–43 GHz) for high bandwidth areas.

* Coverage Area: Below 2 GHz (like 700 MHz) for indoor and broader coverage areas.

Both “C Band” and “Coverage area” are in the same frequency ranges as the 2.4 GHz cordless phones we have been using for decades. The super data layer is over 6 GHz but still lower frequency than a light bulb.

Frequency refers to the number of waves over a given length. Wide waves (lower frequency) travel well through buildings and human bodies but lose speed and hold less data.

More frequent narrow waves travel faster and can hold more data, but their distance is limited. This is why the 5G technology uses a range of frequencies depending on the needs of the application. But all of the frequencies still fall in the non-ionizing range well below the frequencies of light bulbs.

Frequency describes how often a wave makes a complete cycle in a given period of time. The greater the frequency of a wave, the shorter the distance, or wavelength, between each wave cycle. The amplitude of a wave describes its strength. For example, a bright light has a higher amplitude than a dim one.

So let’s look at the effects of radiation in your daily life. Non-ionizing radiation is PROXIMITY and DURATION dependent. Looking at lightbulbs, lightbulbs fall in the 1 petahertz frequency range (1,000,000,000,000,000 hertz). Every lightbulb in your house is giving off non-ionizing radiation, the same type of radiation as 5th Generation cell technology, but at a much higher frequency. If you put your hand directly on a lit light bulb and leave it there eventually the light bulb will burn your skin. Radiation creates heat, which if you are at a close enough range (proximity) for a long enough time (duration) then you may damage a small number of cells in the local area resulting in a burn. However, if instead of holding your hand directly on the bulb you just hold your hand an inch above the bulb (proximity) your hand will only be warmed. Proximity and duration determine whether any damage will be done to your cells.

So it’s not that radiation has no effect, it’s that radiation damage is DURATION and PROXIMITY dependent and results in clearly visible burns.

So let’s compare 5g to lightbulbs. 5g is 2-6 GHz in most applications and 24 – 43 GHz in high bandwidth areas, that is 2,000,000,000 hertz to 24,000,000,000 hertz

Lightbulbs are in the 1 PHz range, that’s 1,000,000,000,000,000 hertz.

If a lightbulb in closer proximity (inside your house) and for longer duration (on for many hours every single day) is 1,000,000,000,000,000 hertz and 5g is 2,000,000,000 hertz then the effects of the lightbulbs in your house will be much more prevalent than 5g on towers miles from your home. This is proximity dependent.

So then, most people ask, why do we see clinical studies showing 5G causing “disease”? The answer is proximity and duration. When they run these studies they run them ex-vivo, on cells in petri dishes, and then use extended duration and close proximity to expose the cells. This is not a valid way to determine the cause of disease. This does not mean that the technology causes disease or detox symptoms, this simply shows that at close proximity and extended duration some cellular damage can occur.

Our bodies are designed to heal from injuries. If we cut our skin the body sets to work repairing the injury. If we are burned touching a hot lightbulb our bodies expel the damaged cells and create new ones to replace them. If we come in contact with a low frequency, non-ionizing radiation and are at close enough proximity for a long enough duration to burn a few cells, the body will repair and replace those cells. But just like a cut or broken bone takes longer to heal in a person with poor overall health (more acid wastes backed up in their bodies) and takes less time if a person is in good health conditions and even less time if the person fasts immediately following the injury, it is the level of waste backed up in the body that determines how quickly the body rebounds from the injury.

When they first introduced electric lightbulbs people feared lightbulbs. When cordless phones came out people were afraid of them. When cell phones came out people were afraid of them. When TV and radio came out people were afraid of them. But in all those instances it was only the food people put in their mouths 3 meals a day that caused their disease conditions.

Anyone can put out fear-mongering propaganda and disinformation, but the laws of nature are immutable. We know how the body works. We know how technology works. All we need to do is use our abilities of observation and discernment to determine if the suggested cause and effect match the known variables.

You choose your health and your disease

Health and disease are both completely within our control. It is what we ingest that creates our states of disease by overworking our cells. Overworked cells create excess waste, waste is acidic which damages the cells when the body is not able to expel this excess waste fast enough.

If someone is telling you that health is outside of your control and you have something to fear they are lying to you and most likely seeking to make a profit off you or keep you in a state of fear so you are easier to control. Health is 100% in your control, you make a decision to be in a state of health or a state of dis-ease 3 meals a day.

When we return to the natural human diet all symptoms reverse course, even those blamed on EMFs and other environmental factors because ultimately it is what your body has to work at every day that creates either health or disease, its not the one-off exposure to a chemical or EMF or other pollutants.

Disease 101 – How we create disease on a cellular level (and how we reverse it):

Our cells are designed to function in specific chemistry which has been created intelligently based on our natural diet which is a function of our anatomy and physiology.

When we stray from the natural human diet of fruits and tender greens we begin to change the internal chemistry of the body.

When we consume foods that are not well suited to our anatomy and physiology we are overworking the cellular metabolism.

As the cells work they produce waste.  Everything in nature eats and poops and so do our cells.

So in a normal, healthy body, the cells are working at normal efficiency in normal chemistry. The cellular waste is sent into the intracellular fluids, which are then transported through the lymphatic system (the body’s sewer system) out of the body and expelled via the primary or secondary elimination channels.

When the body is in a state of health, this cellular waste is quickly cleared away from the cells and sent out of the body. If we encounter stress or emotional trauma, these acids are quickly eliminated by the body. If we run from a lion and build up lactic acid, these acids are quickly eliminated as a normal part of the body’s functioning.

BUT…

When we put in inappropriate foods we do two things that cause our health to suffer. The first is consuming cooked or dry foods which do not have adequate water content for our physiology. When we consume these water-deficient foods we dehydrate the body and the body must pull from its own cells to help move the drier foods through our digestive system.

We require roughly 80% water content simply for food to make it through the digestive tract without pulling water out of our cells.

Consuming any non-ideal foods including processed foods, cooked foods, or dried foods dehydrates the body. This leads to a dehydrated lymphatic system. The lymphatic system, again, being the sewer system, needs to flow freely if we are to avoid disease. If the lymphatic fluid becomes dehydrated it becomes sticky and slow-moving.

The natural state of the lymph in a healthy body could be seen as flowing like maple syrup. Thick but free-flowing. But when we consume cooked foods, the lymph will dry out. Moving into a peanut butter consistency, the lymph barely slides along, getting stuck in various parts of the body. The more dehydrated the body becomes the more slow-moving the lymph. Eventually, you end up with lymph that resembles the dry crusty peanut butter stuck to the bottom of the jar that has been in the back of the pantry for five years.

With our unnatural cooked-food diets, we are dehydrating the sewer and that means that the waste is getting backed up around the cells. The waste is predominately acidic, and acids burn and damage the cells which makes it harder for the cells to function normally. Instead of normal cells, functioning in normal chemistry, we now have damaged cells, functioning in abnormal chemistry.  This is what creates the problems we call symptoms of disease. The cells are in a state of dis-ease, or lack of ease, and so is the body as a whole.

The second thing that causes our health to suffer is overworking our cells by providing raw materials which are difficult to digest and assimilate. Our natural foods are very low in protein and very low in fat. Protein and fat are more difficult for human anatomy to digest, requiring our stomachs to produce harsher stomach acid as well as leaving more residue and waste.  Fruits and leafy greens contain the same nutritional components in a form that is much easier for us to digest and assimilate.  They are already in the ideal form the body needs to create its own proteins and fats so excess energy is not wasted in digestion and excess waste products are not produced. They are not in a complete protein or complete fat form which requires breakdown before assimilation and a lot of excess waste as a result. Instead, they are in the exact form needed for immediate use.  

Our natural foods are also very high in carbohydrates, predominantly fructose, which is ideal for our physiology.  Carbohydrates are the energy for every cell in the body. They are required in abundance to keep all the cells running properly.  When we starve our body of carbohydrates by eating high-fat and high-protein diets we create fatigue as the body is unable to have enough fuel to run each cell efficiently.  

Most of the inappropriate foods consumed today tend to be much higher in protein and fat.  However, we cannot use protein directly;  it must be broken down into its constituent amino acids.  Consuming these foods forces the body to do extra work to break down these proteins into amino acids. This is why we often get tired right after we eat a meal of inappropriate foods.

This excess work of the cellular metabolism also leads to excess waste. Remember, everything eats and poops.

Therefore, when consuming inappropriate foods, we are creating more cellular waste while drying out the sewer system that is designed to flush the waste out of our bodies. We have both more waste being created than we are physiologically designed for AND we have less waste being eliminated because the elimination channels are slowed and in some cases so dry and backed up that they are completely blocked.

There is more waste and less flow, so cells are sitting in waste. We start to see the beginning stages of dis-ease, or lack of ease, with symptoms like irritability, irritation, itching, and many other mild to moderately uncomfortable symptoms. The cells are uncomfortable sitting in their own waste.

In addition to these two issues, we are also creating inefficiency in cell processes. If you try to walk knee-deep in mud you are going to be working much harder than if you were strolling down a sidewalk. Cells sitting in their own waste are operating knee-deep in mud. They are using far more energy and creating far more waste because they are working in such inefficient and dirty terrain.

We have a slower-moving sewer, fewer functional cells, and more waste being created.  This disruption of the sewer system creates more dysfunctional cells, which in turn create more waste and a dirtier sewer system.  So round and round we go, building layer by layer of dirty terrain, eventually encouraging the cells to change their structure from a healthy normal cell to a bacteria, yeast, fungus, or eventually into a cancer cell.

But don’t despair, the body has ways of remediating all of this waste. One of the most common of which is the cold or flu symptoms which we are taught to fear and think of as its own distinct type of disease. Colds and flus are expulsive cleaning events.  In times of trouble the body creates these expulsion events wherein the body expels the waste via secondary channels, encased in mucus.  This is why we end up with a runny nose or mucus in the throat and lungs. 

Another common symptom of the body eliminating waste is skin rashes like chicken pox, measles, scarlet fever, foot in mouth, impetigo, etc. The body is pushing acids out through the skin and the skin becomes irritated by the acids, creating redness and inflammation. These events can also create tiny ulcers, such as chicken pox. The ulcer is a drain point for the acid wastes to exit.

Natural hygiene organizes all types of disease into a single paradigm that encompasses seven stages.  When the body first becomes bogged down in waste we say it is in a state of enervation.  To be enervated is to be drained or lacking in vigor.  We might feel a little run down, weak, or tired. If we fast and rest at this first sign the body quickly catches up on its waste backlog and can return to normal function.

However, most people ignore this first sign of disease and simply reach for something to suppress the symptoms.  The symptom in this case is the lack of energy or tiredness and we tend to suppress this symptom with stimulants.  Coffee, tea, caffeine pills, energy drinks.  Even salt and animal products can act as stimulants.  This means most people are maintaining their bodies in a constant state of low-level disease.  Of these seven stages of disease, many of us tend to remain in stages two to four.  These are called toxicosis, irritation, and inflammation. 

Level three, irritation, is where we see the cold and flu symptoms, allergies, or body odor. The body is working to eliminate the backlog by creating expulsion symptoms.  The body still has the energy to clean but the waste load is high enough to impede normal operations. 

Level four, inflammation, is where we see inflammatory conditions and pain. Levels four and five are where we begin to see destructive symptoms. This is where the wastes are causing enough damage to the cells that this leads to significantly impaired function.

Level five, ulceration, is a worsening of the inflammation to a point where instead of just cells being irritated or destroyed, now larger tissues are being broken apart in an effort to clean; Ulcers being the eponymous example.

Level six is called induration.  Induration means hardening.  This stage is where the body is creating scar tissues to attempt to create a boundary between the waste and other healthy cells.  This is a self-protective measure that allows the other cells in the body to continue normal operation. This stage is where many people can get a cancer diagnosis although this is not true cancer.

The final stage, level seven is cancer.  At this point the cells are so saturated in waste that they are no longer able to communicate with the surrounding cells. The cells are operating solely for their own survival and have recruited other types of cells that can survive in the high acid environment.  Though they may be able to survive and help process the dangerous wastes in order to clean up the area they cannot perform normal functions.  

We can begin to reverse the course at any time by doing our best to remove the cause of the pollution and by supporting our bodies with water, rest, and foods they were designed to metabolize.  By supplying a natural diet we are able to return to normal chemistry.  Utilizing fasting and rest also helps to allow the body time to clean and repair. Fresh, ripe, juicy fruits are easy to digest and allow the body to direct its vital energy to heal itself.  Additionally, fruit provides hydration to flush out old acidic wastes. Filling up on mineral-rich tender greens allows the body to neutralize the acids with alkaline minerals and sweep out the bowels to clear elimination channels. 

Levels six and seven of disease (induration and cancer) may not fully heal in all cases, however, the body always seeks to return itself to normal operating parameters. If the scar tissue has gotten too thick, the body may not be able to remove all of it. One example is seen in the remodeling of the bones in arthritis, where the body is not able to correct these issues. Otherwise, the body will replace and repair all cells if we give the body the appropriate diet, plenty of rest, adequate digestive rest, and enough time.

Why do we get sick?

What is the internal process which creates disease conditions and the progression of the disease state?

Everything in nature eats and poops. This includes our cells. When we work our cells they create waste. When we work our cells in ways that are normal and natural the level of waste created is easily managed by the body and the area around the cells stays clean and free-flowing.

When we eat outside of our physiology, consuming high protein, high fat, or denatured foods we overwork the cells. Our digestive system must work longer and harder utilizing energy that should be available to the cells for cleaning and repair purposes.

Our cells sit in intracellular fluid, this fluid drains to the lymphatic system. When our body is functioning normally this fluid is free-flowing and well-hydrated. When we eat cooked foods, animal proteins, and other inappropriate substances we dehydrate the body and therefore dehydrate the lymph.

A dehydrated lymph system is much less efficient at removing waste from around the cells than a properly functioning lymph system. As the flow slows down the wastes become more concentrated causing further backups.

As the cells become saturated in their own waste, they become less efficient in their processes and therefore create more waste as a result. Much like walking on a sidewalk versus trudging through the mud, going the same distance through knee-deep mud will make you fatigue much faster because you are overworking the body.

In order for the body to maintain a state of health the cells must be free from a backup of waste. This means the body needs energy available for cleaning AND the cells need to be producing normal levels of waste, not abnormal levels. Once either of these criteria are not met the waste will build up around the cells leading to symptoms of disease.

There are two different types of symptoms which are all referred to as disease. The first type of symptom is body cleaning symptoms. These are your expulsion symptoms like coughing, sneezing, vomiting, diarrhea, and fever as well as shifts in energy from external use (moving arms and legs) to internal use (cleaning the organs and making repairs) which we refer to as fatigue.

The second type of symptom is a cellular malfunction symptom. These would be symptoms like the pancreas no longer producing insulin, the heartbeat becoming altered, or blood pressure raising or lowering. These symptoms are all a result of the cells being so backed up in waste that they are not able to function normally, hence creating abnormal functioning.

Disease is a word that is made up of two parts, the first “dis-” meaning “lack of, or away” and the second “ease” meaning “physical comfort, peace”. So disease is simply the body being in a state of lack of comfort or lack of ease. Health is the state of the body at ease or in a state of complete comfort.

Disease is a progression, it starts with the first sneeze of childhood and builds over years of mis-feeding the body and overworking the cells. Disease is not the various medical labels that group together symptoms and call your symptoms heart disease or cancer or diabetes, disease is simply the state at which your body is no longer operating in normal and efficient parameters as it is designed to work.

Our detoxification (cleaning) systems run 24/7/365 to keep the cells clean and functioning optimally. When we eat as we are physiologically designed and we get plenty of rest, relaxation, sunshine, and exercise the body continues to operate at high efficiency.

When the waste level reaches the body’s current tolerance level the body initiates a high-intensity clean out. This is what we call colds and flu as well as rashes. Colds, flus, rashes, and other similar events are not diseases, they are the process by which the body remedies disease conditions. Once we have allowed the body to complete a cold or flu process without interference our bodies are much cleaner and functioning more optimally. The body has lowered its state of disease and moved closer to health.

On the other hand, when we interfere with the cold or flu symptoms by trying to stop the symptoms via the application of various poisons, both drug and plant-based/natural (garlic, ginger, honey, echinacea tea, elderberry syrup, etc) we stop the body from efficiently cleaning and expelling waste. We instead force the body to stop its deep cleaning efforts to instead focus its energy on the expulsion of the incoming poison. When we do this eventually the body runs out of energy to clean and the cold symptoms stop, perhaps a week or a month later. Had we simply fasted at the first sign of a cold and went to bed and slept the body would have had all of its energy available to expel waste and clean out and the cold/flu would have passed in a few hours to at most a few days. If we continue to eat during this process we slow down the cleaning process forcing it to take longer because the energy of cleaning is diverted instead into digestion. The heavier the meal we eat, the more energy is taken away from the cleaning process and at the same time the more waste is added to the existing burden.

For this reason, a simple cold when fed a heavy meal like chicken soup can progress into the flu and into pneumonia all by the simple mistake of feeding the body and forcing digestion when the body is trying to clean and heal. While fasting at the first signs of a cold detox can stop the symptoms rapidly by allowing the body to divert all of its energy to the cleaning processes.

When we eat foods that are far from our natural diet and carry a heavy burden, like animal products, wheat, beans, cooked foods, dairy products, eggs, and other substances we both drain the bodies energy available for cleaning by requiring long-drawn-out periods of digestion and we add large amounts of cellular waste by overworking the cells. The lack of energy to clean combined with the extra burden of more waste is what leads to symptoms of disease as well as colds, flu, and other cleaning events.

When we eat whole raw fruits, tender vegetables, leafy greens, and small amounts of nuts and seeds we are not overworking the cells because these are the foods our physiology is built for. We are providing all of the nutrients the body requires to run itself in a usable and easily assimilable form. The body is not required to break anything down from an unusable format and convert it to something usable, so we are not losing energy in the conversion process. We are not taking in excesses of things the body needs very little of like amino acids (protein) which would drain the energy as the body needs to expend energy to expel the excess. We are not eating high fat which blocks the absorption of sugar and the expulsion of acids so we are getting our energy from sugar more efficiently and we are getting the sugar into the cells cleanly because there is no excess fat surrounding the cells blocking its entry. In short, when we eat right for our physiologic design all systems function optimally and efficiently creating minimal waste and requiring minimal cleaning.
